You must have an active subscription for each Ring or it will not process and upload sleep data. Our support team will work with your office to configure your account and get you set up for testing. After that you will use the PC/Mac software to initialize and use your Ring for sleep testing.
It's easy! Just head to nightowl.care and create a new Provider Account. Follow the instructions to email patient instructions and each NightOwl device can be activated using the cloud-based portal.
