YES. Each Belun Ring *must* have an active monthly subscription in order to provide automated sleep test AI-scoring. Without an active subscription the device will not provide interpretation/results. These Home Sleep Testing (HST) products are FDA-cleared for healthcare provider use. To place an order on this site you MUST be a licensed dentist or physician. Any orders placed by non-healthcare providers will be rejected. This product is intended for use only under the guidance of licensed-healthcare providers.
If you have an active Belun Porta subscription your Belun Ring® will arrive at your office already linked to your Belun Portal account. You must have an active subscription for each Ring or it will not process and upload sleep data. Our support team will work with your office to configure your account and get you set up for testing. After that you will use the PC/Mac software to initialize and use your Ring for sleep testing.
It's easy! Just head to nightowl.care and create a new Provider Account. Follow the instructions to email patient instructions and each NightOwl device can be activated using the cloud-based portal.
For physical products: Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all return orders. For health and safety reasons, any opened or partially-used products are not eligible for return. Digital downloads are non-returnable.
